Our staff are well aware of  player's needs, and it's with a keen attention to detail that they inspect the quality of each piece of wood being used. Furch uses environmentely friendly technology.

Wood that is used for the manufacture of your instrument is purchased from suppliers that can guarantee its legal status or concessional permit.

Stonebridge instruments are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, for life. To ensure you are covered under the warranty, please keep your store receipt that came with your instrument.

This warranty exempts wear from normal use, as well as damage that results from abuse, neglect, accident, or from exposure of the guitar to extreme temperature or humidity conditions. Settling of the finish is considered "normal use" and is not covered by warranty. Setup and Action are not considered a "Warranty Issue". Unauthorized repairs or alterations may void this warranty.

Many Stonebridge dealers will be able to perform warranty repairs. Please contact your dealer first. Stonebridge will not reimburse for work done outside of authorized dealers or it's distributors.
